The warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home, and the stunning scenery surrounding the property was absolutely breathtaking. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings that added a touch of elegance. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtfulness of providing amenities for our furry friend, including a dog bowl, blanket, and doggy bags. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, offering a great start to our day. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this beautiful place for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

We stayed at Hues Piece Paynes Farm Villa and it was a truly peaceful and tranquil experience. the villa had everything we needed, including a wet room for easy showering. the entire place was very accessible, as it was all on one level, perfect for disabled individuals. We appreciated the comfortable bed mattresses and the sofa where our mum could comfortably put her feet up. the welcome pack provided useful information about the local area and recommended great pubs to eat at. the interior was beautiful and well-equipped, and we loved unwinding outside on the picnic benches, enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sunset. Plus, the added bonus of llamas and sheep in the field opposite, along with friendly dogs and a cat roaming around, added to the overall delightful experience. Cons: Nothing bad to say.

The peaceful and tranquil surroundings made for a truly relaxing experience. The wet room was perfect for my disabled mother, and she loved the comfortable bed and sofa. Despite the bumpy access road, the location was still convenient for exploring Exeter and the Devon coast. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway.

The peaceful and quiet location away from the city was mind-blowing. The farm with all the animals was super fun to interact with. Tina and Tim gave us a warm and friendly welcome and the freedom to explore. The rooms had comfy beds, lovely high ceilings, and beautiful views of alpacas outside the window. Our dog was welcomed with a special doggy package. The breakfast was yum with a variety of options. We highly recommend this beautiful place to stay!

Quirky interior and all amenities provided. Loved the peaceful location surrounded by nature. Also enjoyed the opportunity to interact with the farm animals and explore the beautiful countryside. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay.

The bathroom tiles were dangerously slippery and the non-slip bath mat provided didn't fully solve the problem. Better maintenance and attention to safety could greatly improve the experience.

Friendly welcome, stunning scenery, comfy beds, airy rooms, dog-friendly amenities. Peaceful location, with farm animals to interact with. Handicapped-friendly accommodations. Though signage could be improved, the interior has everything needed for a pleasant stay. Shopping and coastal attractions a short drive away.

For the price, we got a lot of value at Hues Piece Paynes Farm. The room was comfortable and had beautiful high ceilings. The location was perfect, peaceful countryside but still within easy driving distance to Exeter and the Devon coast. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and our dog was treated like royalty with a special welcome package.

The food for breakfast could have been a bit better, with more variety or hot options.

Beautiful interior, has everything needed. Downsides: difficult to find at night, small unlit sign. Welcome pack with local info and pub recommendations. Comfy beds, TV for entertainment. Peaceful, farm environment with llamas, sheep, dogs, and cats.

The location was great, just a short drive away from popular tourist destinations in the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing us with helpful information about the local area. Another aspect that I liked was the peaceful and serene environment, a perfect escape from the city hustle.

Finding the place was a bit challenging, especially with our GPS. The signage at the end of the lane was small and not well-lit, making it difficult to locate the property, especially at night.
